Its style is Renaissance ( Herreriano) and it dates back to the 17th century ( 1630) at the expense of Mr Rodrigo Alfonso Alfeirán.

The beautiful altarpiece of the high altar and the interesting frescos of the dome of the presbytery are very important.

The image of Ecce-Homo is venerated in one of the lateral altars. This image is venerated in all the region and many devout people go kneeling along the bridge of the Pity to ask for favours on the first Friday of March ( popularly known as Day of the Three Graces).
