It´s also known as “ Placiña dos catro linaxes” because four noble families of Vivero ( Páez de Cora, Alfeirán, Vizoso and Gallo) lived in it. When there was market the stalls of blacksmithes, tacks, farm equipment, leathers, grass... were situated in this square.
