We will visit the interior towns. We will start in Vivero in the direction of Lugo ( C- 640 ) and we will take a detour towards Mondoñedo to visit :

•  Ferreira do Valadouro : It is a typical rural town

•  Alfoz : The tower of Mariscal Pardo de Cela, the land “ La Galea “ ( it consists of a rural house and a museum of water ) and the Frouxeira Peak.

•  Vilanova de Lourenzá : The Benedictine monastery belonging to the X century and a museum of sacred art.

•  Mondoñedo : This town is episcopal see from the XII century. It´s recommended to visit its tourist-cultural centre and its historic- artistic streets, the cathedral, the museum, the Muiños quarter, the cave of The Cintolo King and above all we can´t leave Mondoñedo without tasting its cake ( The King of the cakes )

•  A Pontenova : The smithies of Bogo. It´s an ethnographic area where the smithies ( belonging to the XVIII century ) and the mills combine in a natural environment.
